What is Wellness? 

Wellness is an active, lifelong practice of making conscious choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life of pure potential – the integration of all dimensions of being including emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, nutritional, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual into well-being.

Because our future resides in our now, let’s ask a few questions.
