NO FEAR FRIDAY: Truth

Trust

May our Truth Prevail

Maybe it’s just me…

But has there been a freeze on goodwill and on the general realm of kindness? This month in particular has been a challenge on so many levels. Everything from what should be simple banking transactions to having my car vandalized. What’s going on?
❤️
Well, since NO FEAR FRIDAY is about taking action from a place of love, that’s my intention because — The Truth Will Prevail.
❤️
It’s not easy. The easy part is sitting on the cushion and meditating. The simple piece of it all is reading and journaling but honestly, it takes every fiber of my being sometimes to reside in a space where I can hear clearly and respond in accordance with what is right and good.

So the question becomes how?

Allowing our feelings to rise, taking note of them but not acting on them. Taking our breathing into the world with us — and trying with each conscious breath to acknowledge that, this too shall pass.
❤️
In the end, in the final analysis, our life will be a conversation between us and God. The ship will be righted, the course — corrected. Trust this. Trust that you are never alone in this sometimes crazy world. The Truth — will prevail.
❤️
Namaste.

What is No Fear Friday?

When I created No Fear Friday in 2015, the intention was to establish a weekly campaign of meditative thoughts on Instagram that would encourage taking action from a place of LOVE rather than fear.

No Fear Friday suggests that acting from LOVE helps bring more peace and happiness into our lives, and around the world. Thanks for following @yesrising
