No Fear Friday: Contribute

I love this quote from @brendonburchard It seems simple enough, though during our daily grind how often are we really being true to ourselves?

Being true to myself allows all the acts of self care — eating clean and healthy foods, exercising, stretching, meditating, practicing yoga ,as well as, aligning my thoughts and actions with integrity and compassion.

Being true implies I can act on what I’m joyous about and what is pleasurable, and on the other hand, care about my neighbor because my true self is LOVE.

I believe most of us connect with the notion that in our heart lives our deepest conviction — compassion. And, I also believe our empathy and service to others can be our fast-track to our true self.

If I’m off my path of truth, my example might look like this. Eating fast food every night, avoiding exercise, caring too much about my self care, or over identifying and people pleasing.

Being true is a balance. Taking care of the body, mind and spirit. Today’s No Fear Friday is all about deepening our balance through the heart center. Does this resonate? ❤️ #themotivationmanifesto#brendonburchard #nofear #nofearfriday#yesrising
