Lately, I’d been struggling with the stress building from the approaching holidays. Contemplating the peace and calm energy that had been so comfortable over the past nine months or so and wondering what happened to it. Then last night, while speaking to a friend of mine who shared a similar sentiment with me about returning to that place of joy, I blurted out “we can’t go back to joy we must move forward into joy”. That little shift in approach opened up a huge release. Forgive the past – again. Forgive your self – again. And in letting go of the control and the feelings of separation, we are now free to move forward into a new place of peace and joy – feeling loved, feeling valued and feeling connected. Namaste.
