Journey from the Head to the Heart

And, we are moved my the same music, the same baby’s cry, the same triumph of an olympic athlete.

During my recent interview with Danushia Kaczmarek, she asked me to sum up the message of my book The Grace of Redefining Love. I said it was “we are a part of love, not separate from it.”

There are many messages in the book, but I’ll expand on that one a little bit.

Love is energy, energy is everything. Every “thing” that every “thing” is made of. We are a part of our parents, and their parents, and their parents.

We are a part of the earth, and our animals. A part of the molecules of air we breath that someone else also breathed across the world.

And, we are moved my the same music, the same baby’s cry, the same triumph of an olympic athlete.

Our open hearts are so much the same. Don’t be fooled by the reflection of hatred broadcast so often. And though our pain and our struggle is very real, it’s not the home base we all can choose to operate from this brand new year.

YES, we are a part of Love and I’m a part of you my brothers and sisters. 🕊️

Stream of Love

Fear may have lived in the valley, but that’s also where we planted the seed of HOPE.

From the mountain, our stream of love waters it.

Imagine our seed of hope sprouting into sunny days. And during our sunny days, we empower millions people to create safe spaces for each other seeds of hope to germinate.

What would occur if we did that in 2018?

How many ripples will we cast?

Part of my focus for 2018 is to be more completely, that message of love. To become the largest vessel. To EXPAND, and EXPRESS, and EXPLORE our collective energy…to explore you and me.
