living beyond past and future

Today is 11:11 and looking at the clock on my mac, it says 11:01. How interesting! 11:11 11:01 — I woke this morning and wrote a header in my journal called “recent activity, coincidences and occurrences.” Below is what I extracted from a couple of the pages.

Old stuff. We think we make the “old stuff” and our trauma’s go away. We CAN heal from them, but it doesn’t mean we forget them. I see the healing as a shift. Becoming aware of the event(s) as a memory rather than a reoccurring experience that we keep living through.

(a poem or prayer 11-11-17)

May we

looking back

at our past

recognize —

it no longer serves us

to live it

May we

our braveness then

and bravery now

to seek good

in our wisest pieces

May we

understand too

our future

from old wounds —

also not real

May we

choose seeing good

from our most high

and sacred Self

May we

in one breath

leading to and from

our hearts hear —

“live now”
