Hello friends, this is my first attempt/stab at what I am calling a 1 minute meditation. Yeah, I know it’s really a bit over a minute but my thought behind recording it in the first place was because sometimes it is difficult for us to sit for 20 minutes at a pop to calm down. Imagine yourself in a beautiful rose garden, fragrant blooms.
In that garden, surrounded by shrubs and trees, view of a small stream, a pond.
Hummingbirds and butterflies.
Feel the sun warm your face. Breathe it in.
It warms you. It restores you. It fills you.
Take another deep breath. Release it. Take another deep breath. Release.
