Yoga Anytime 3

Peace-YogaOne thing we can do during the day to cultivate peace in our environment is to breath. I have done this in my office at work during the day at times before a meeting or when I just needed to clear the air. Stand up, hold your hands in prayer position at heart center and take a slow deep inhale. Hold for a moment then slowly exhale while raising your hands, still in prayer, gracefully upward above your head. Try it! Namaste 🙂
